Exibeat is a marketplace for electronic music discovery and exchange. We launched our invite-only beta in Dec 2025 and have already onboarded 2000+ members. Our team consists of 6 members in product, design, marketing, and engineering.
You’ll lead early growth at Exibeat through experiments, content, outreach, and community building. This is a hands-on role focused on creating impact with limited resources using smart, community-led, guerrilla-style tactics.
What you’ll do:
• Run daily/weekly organic growth experiments
• Create, improve and automate processes
• Create and execute SMM IG content (2-3posts/week)
• Do cold outreach via Instagram and email (1k users/month)
• Build an actively engaged Exibeat community (set targets)
• Collaborate on onboarding, comms, and support requests
• Track and analyze engagement, retention, and growth
Key goals: channel growth, user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Who you are:
• A mix of growth marketer, content creator, and community builder
• 3+ years in B2C growth marketing (marketplaces a plus)
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented, you like owning projects end-to-end
• Motivated by speed, real impact, and a high-ownership, high-performance mindset
• Passionate about electronic music culture
• Fluent in English, curious, and excited about B2C growth marketing
